We no longer have the Grand Ballroom building.  Please go to our new Fresno banquet hall location at Diana Court (click left).

• Minimum of 150 adult dining guests for Saturday events
• Minimum of 100 adult dining guests for Sunday thru Friday events
• Sit-Down or Buffet style service luncheons or dinners
• Banquet seating for up to 350
• Conference seating for up to 450
• Room set-up and clean-up included, damage or cleaning loss deposit is required
• Elevated head table
• Guest seating on rounds of 8 per table
• White wooden gazebo chairs
• Choice of linen colors
• Fully skirted brides table, cake table, gift table and guest book table
• Standing reserved signs or table numbering
• P.A. system with cordless microphone
• Lighted ficus trees throughout the ballroom
• Controlled heating and air conditioning
• Dimmable chandeliers and overhead lighting
• Turn of the century ladies lounge

• Decorating time can be arranged with staff
• Center pieces or fresh floral arrangements cannot be prepared on premises
• Bar and DJ service must end 30 minutes prior to event ending
• Maximum reception time allowed is 6 hours, ending no later than midnight (12:00 AM)
