Wedding ReceptionsThe Bride's Day
We no longer have the Grand Ballroom building, so please go to our new location at Diana Court.
The Chiminello Catering Company looks at every wedding we cater as "The Brides Day." From our Elegant Wedding Location to our Wedding Reception Services and catering, we make sure that this day is as enjoyable and memorable as every bride imaged it would be.
Your Wedding at the Grand Ballroom
We begin by offering full service catering with complete staff to maintain your function. We provide all table linens in your choice of colors with linen napkins to match. The head table or the bride's table can be reversed colors for an eye-catching effect.

Our table set-ups include:
Fine bone china, Balmore pattern stainless, stemmed glassware with fluted champagne glass and solid or damask linen. |
Events & Decorating
Most schedules for events such as Wedding Receptions, Proms and Winter Formals, Christmas Parties and Company Parties should include one hour for guest arrival and social time, one hour for dinner and toasting and four hours of music and dancing.
We make the room available to the engager for their set-up and decorating at least two to three hours prior to the actual function. If you think additional time may be necessary, it can be arranged. We provide complete set-up and clean-up, seating on rounds of 8 per table, reserved signs or table numbering as needed, entry or registration tables and covered gift tables.

We will do all the announcing, master of ceremonies for wedding receptions and complete coordinating of the entire reception. We begin by formally announcing the bridal party into the ballroom, acknowledging the parents and grandparents and describing to guests a schedule of events during the evening.
We then coordinate a receiving line with dinner, if requested, prompt the Best Man and Maid of Honor for the formal toast to the bride and groom. Parents and grandparents are then invited to become a part of the toasting ceremonies. Our staff will handle the cake cutting and serving at no additional charge. We will also work with the photographer for the bouquet and garter toss. Lastly the dancing begins with the bride and groom, parents and bridal party
